Winter cold and crisp How I love your frosty kiss I’ll never long for those summer days The sun with its hot sweltering heat waves Your icy breath running down my back Snow drifting down, never giving any slack Cold winter winds Leafless trees swaying like old friends Snowflakes melting on my finger tips Falling one by one on my rosy lips Frozen lakes fill my window view Logs on the fire warm me, like you can’t do Mother Nature please stay far away So my love, my winter can stay
